SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

While being a member of multiple large and small project teams, provide creative solutions for customer problems. Translate requirements into program specifications, build rating rules, and perform on-site system testing. Works with Technical Consultants to ensure project success.  Mentors Associate Business Analysts on gaining detailed knowledge of products and implementation methodology.

Quality Control

• Product Feature Review – Work closely with R&D to define, document, design\update test plans, and test product feature functionality across multiple platforms.
