Skywire Software’s Tracker application helps you achieve quicker time to market with faster and more accurate filing preparation. Tracker fully automates the preparation of rate, rule, form and advertisement filings to each U.S. Department of Insurance. With direct integration to the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF), Tracker automates the preparation and utilizes SERFF for electronic delivery to the Departments of Insurance.

Creating the components of a filing is still a very manual process today. Insurance carriers must create separate and individual cover letters and explanation documents, and complete several filing forms for each state in which they sell, and then send to the states either electronically via SERFF, or in paper. As with any manual process, it is time consuming, costly and inefficient.

Tracker has the ability to automate this process providing all filing forms, in a fillable Word format pre-populated with most of the repetitive data.

Through automation, Tracker saves valuable preparation time allowing analysts to focus on their “real” jobs, negotiating filings with the Departments of Insurance.
